Since 1996, the SCJGF has awarded more than $640,000 in scholarships to South Carolina youth, enabling more than 80 students to attend South Carolina colleges. All scholarhips are for one year, however they are renewable for up to four years. Students must be residents of South Caroilna and attend a college or university within their home state.

SCJGF Scholarship History
Many folks have made
contributions to the SCJGF's Scholarship Fund and there are a select few below
that stand out.
A group of folks known as the South Carolina Coastal Seniors (SCCS), has truly been a great addition to our funding efforts, especially in terms of scholarships. As a partner to the SCJGF, they have donated over $20,000 to the scholarship program, and made a difference in many young scholars lives. Not only have they made contributions to our Scholarship Program but the SCCS also donates multiple sets of golf clubs, golf balls, bags and shoes that go toward our junior programs which we give out to needy up-and-coming junior golfers!
Annually, scholarships are funded through individual contributions
and corporate donations through our many
Fundraising Initiatives. A special
thank you to the Monday-After-the-Masters Pro-AM, Tom Fazio, Neal and Elizabeth
Baker and the SCCS for their efforts
to assist the scholarship program from the beginning and continually grow the
program today.
